Shipping

We have a two types of shipping options. One is Express shipping via express carriers like UPS, FedEx & DHL and other is Standard shipping which is a combination Special/Direct Line and postal options.

Shipping times

We ship orders same day or next working day. Sometimes it may take up to 2 working days depending on the amount of orders in shipping queue.

Once shipped, most orders via Express Shipping option are delivered within 3-5 working days. Standard shipping orders take about 10 to 15 working days. If you do not receive your orders within this time frame, please contact us and we will do our best to get your order delivered at the earliest.

Import Duties & Taxes

Depending on your location, you may be charged import duties and/or taxes upon arriving in your country. There may also be customs clearance fees charged by the couriers or clearance agencies. You are expected bear to these charges as we do not pay for these fees.

Insurance

All orders whether Standard or Express shipping, are fully insured so that if any package gets lost or damaged during shipping, we will refund your money. (Standard insurance provider terms and conditions apply)

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support(at)thingbits.net. If your return is approved, you should bear the return shipping cost unless the items you received were damaged in transit or faulty on arrival. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (after deducting shipping fees if applicable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
