Overview
Measure strong magnetic fields with precision using the MLX90393 3-axis magnetometer breakout. Unlike typical magnetometers designed mainly for compass applications, the MLX90393 supports an exceptionally wide measurement range of ±5 mT to ±50 mT, making it ideal for detecting magnets, measuring magnetic orientation, and building magnetic sensing projects.
This breakout board integrates the MLX90393 sensor with a 3.3V regulator and logic level shifting, allowing seamless operation with both 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers. Communication is handled via I²C, and address-select pins allow up to four sensors on the same bus. The board also features STEMMA QT / Qwiic connectors, enabling quick plug-and-play wiring without soldering.
