1. Shipping Coverage
Worldwide orders are fulfilled from Hong Kong. Available destinations, delivery services, and timelines are shown during checkout based on your shipping address.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sale events or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
3. Delivery Timelines

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 and above.
- Orders below ₹1,999 are charged a flat ₹75 shipping fee.
- Bulky or oversized items may incur additional charges based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact total is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Shipping Partners
Most parcels ship via Blue Dart. Where Blue Dart doesn't serve a pin code, we hand the order to eKart or Delhivery so it still reaches you reliably. The carrier is selected based on your location and the nature of the product.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details.
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
- If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, including pin code and phone number, is accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipment charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product.
- If your shipment is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement or full refund.
