Simplify multi-sensor temperature monitoring with the Adafruit DS18B20 Chainable Temperature Sensor Extender. Designed for clean 1-Wire deployments, this breakout makes it easy to connect and daisy-chain multiple DS18B20 temperature sensors using STEMMA JST PH 2mm connectors with no messy breadboard wiring required.
While DS18B20 sensors can be wired directly to a microcontroller, this extender adds structure, modularity, and easier debugging to your setup. Each board features screw terminals for quick connection of TO-92 or waterproof probe-style DS18B20 sensors, along with dual JST PH connectors that allow seamless chaining between multiple extender boards.
An onboard 4.7KΩ pull-up resistor supports standard 1-Wire operation and can be disabled by cutting a trace if your system already includes a pull-up elsewhere. A buffered red signal LED provides visual confirmation of 1-Wire data activity when it blinks, data is being transmitted.
