Overview

This advanced AC power monitoring module is available in two variants—PZEM-020 (0–10A direct measurement) and PZEM-022 (0–100A CT-based measurement). Both models feature a bright color display and deliver precise real-time measurements for voltage, current, active power, energy consumption, frequency, and power factor.

The PZEM-020 is ideal for direct low-current loads up to 10A, while the PZEM-022 is suited for higher loads up to 100A using an external current transformer (CT). Both units support a wide AC voltage range (80–260V) and provide highly detailed measurement formats for maximum accuracy across all ranges.

Functions & Control

Function	Details
Backlight Control	The backlight can be turned ON or OFF using a short press. The backlight state is saved automatically.
Energy Reset (Clear)	Step 1: Long press the button for 5 seconds until the energy digits flash, then release the button. Step 2: Press again briefly to clear the energy data and exit the flashing reset mode. Step 3: If no button is pressed within 5 seconds, the system will cancel the reset and keep the existing energy data.
Power Alarm Value Setting	Step 1: Long press the button for 3 seconds until the screen displays “SET CLr”. Release the button to enter the power alarm setting mode. Step 2: The power value will flash, indicating the starting position of the minimum digit. Short press to increase the value by +1. If no button is pressed for 3 seconds, it automatically shifts to the next digit. Step 3: After completing the setting, long press for more than 5 seconds to save and exit. The valid alarm setting range is 0.0–2.2kW.
