Do you accept purchase orders?

Currently we do not accept purchase orders from any organisation. You can easily purchase anything you want by placing an order online.

Can I cancel an order after it is shipped?

No. It is not possible to cancel an order once it is shipped. But you can cancel anytime before it is shipped.

Do you provide returns or refunds?

In case the shipment is not opened, you can return the item by mailing it to us and we will refund your order total as store credit. You will have to pay return shipping charges.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship most In stock orders the same day if the order is placed before 2 p.m. Orders placed after 2 p.m. are shipped on the next day except on Sunday. So if you place an order after 2 p.m. on Saturday, it will ship on Monday. Shipping might be delayed in case of national holidays and missed pick up by the carriers.

Do you provide warranty?

We do not provide warranty on electronics spare parts. Some products like big brand oscilloscopes, multimeters, Soldering irons, etc. may be available for warranty.

I have purchased from your site and it has been more than a week and I still haven't received the product. How can I track my order?

When the item is shipped, we send you the tracking number via email. You can also see the tracking number on My Orders page in My account area accessible when you login to the site.
